Gravel pit = open space ?

Really? Here’s that story.* The Pattee pit looks pretty much dead as a working gravel pit, but it sure doesn’t look like appealing open space from Pattee Creek Drive. Broker Mike McKenna has offered to walk people through the property — he says there’s some pretty nooks past the rocky walls.

Holy hole!

Last spring, developer Ken Allen sued Missoula County for enacting emergency interim zoning on land north of Lolo, which included his property.
