“Special” tax? Nope. Special recipe.
Are you tired of hearing about new taxes? And how “special” they are? About the “smoke and mirrors” going on?
Add some smoke to this one.
I’ve been carrying around this Post-it note scrawled with a recipe called “Ryan’s Rub.” My friend dabbed elk chunks in this rub and grilled them, and if that’s all I had to eat for the rest of my life, that’d be alright.
Here it is, for you, ’cause it’s so tasty, and because I was going to tell you more about what people said at the council meeting about the “special districts,” but I’m tired of those, and I came across this scrunched up paper.
5 T paprika
2 1/2 T salt
2 T garlic powder
4 t parsley
2 t cayenne
2 t cumin
2 t coriander
1 t oregano
1/4 t jalapeno powder
It sounds “especially” hot, but it’s actually just right. I’m going to try it with chicken.
